An innovative designer and manufacturer of exceptional commercial furniture is eager to welcome a sales executive to join their growing enterprise. You will be awarded a base salary of up to $70k + super + car allowance + uncapped commissions, giving you $90k to over a $100k OTE in your first year. The company will hire candidates with the right attitude and sales skills, so you don’t need to have experience selling furniture. They will also provide you with product training to help you get started.

What you will be doing
In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will utilise your skills and experience to deliver sales growth of top-notch commercial furniture such as seating solutions, chairs, tables, and more. Your stellar communication and negotiation skills will be highly utilised as you sell these products to end-users, architects, designers, general managers, directors, and company owners. Your target market will mostly include education, healthcare, aged care, and hospitality industries.
Develop new opportunities and build strong relationships with customers. It’s also your duty to attend trade exhibits and conferences to promote the business’s products and to network with key decision-makers in the industry. You will travel across Melbourne to increase sales revenue and manage clients.

What you must have to apply for this role:
- Several years of B2B sales experience
- Previous experience in solution selling
- The ability to build strong client relationships & a kind & thoughtful mindset
- An honest attitude & the willingness to learn
You will be highly regarded if you also have:
- Previous experience selling commercial furniture
- Previous experience selling to schools, corporate offices, restaurants, & churches
