The Company
Robert Half is currently recruiting for a Billing Officer to join a well-respected Aged Care organisation whose offices are based on the city fringe.
Become an integral part of a large, supportive finance team on a temporary to permanent basis.
Previous experience as a Billing Officer within the Aged Care industry is essential to be shortlisted for this role.

The Role

Reporting to the Manager, your duties will include:
Managing several aged care facilities monthly billing in in a timely and accurate manner
Liaising with Site Managers, Residents, and their families regarding billing queries
Receipting of incoming payments
Account Reconciliations
Billing adjustments and re-issuing as required
Monthly Reporting for management
Identify and implement process improvements
Ad hoc tasks as required

Your Profile
To be successful, it is essential you have proven prior experience as a Billing Officer within the Aged Care industry. You will also have strong ERP system skills and an intermediate level of Excel. It is also essential that you are proactive, show initiative and have excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
