About Intensive Care Unit, Casey Hospital

Casey Intensive Care Unit is a new 12 Bed unit specialising in High Dependency and Critical Care patients, covering multiple Medical specialties.

The Role

Working under the supervision of the Nurse Manager, you would be responsible for providing and maintaining excellent service delivery by improving our patent's experience while they are in our care, whilst maintaining a high level of support to the ICU team.

Your responsibilities would include (but not be limited to):
Management of patient information on iPM
Booking Patient Transport
Liaising with Equipment Nurse to support stores management
Liaise with ICU and Specialty Medical teams to facilitate the smooth running of the service

This is a Permanent part time position;

Week Two:
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 3pm - 8pm

Saturday 7am - 3pm

What you need:
Ability to adapt to changing situations readily
Demonstrated healthcare administration experience
Outstanding customer service and communication skills
Proficiency with Windows based systems
Thorough understanding of IPM
Friendly, customer service driven individual who can communicate effectively
Excellent computer and telephone skills
Team player attributes
A willingness to learn and share skills and experience with the team
