Case Manager (Aged Care / Community / Home Care) - Bundaberg

You will be working in the community, and helping clients remain as independent as possible in their own homes.

Requirements:
  • Significant experience within the Aged Care industry
  • Cert 3 in aged care and significant management experience
  • Understanding of the Aged Care Sector as well as Home Care Package and other programme guidelines and service requirements
  • The ability to build strong relationships and networks within the community
  • Current Australian Drivers Licence
  • HR and performance management experience 
  • Compliance experience
  • Strong interpersonal + leadership skills
