AJ Grant Group is a highly respected service provider for domestic and light commercial building repairs, renovations and maintenance, operating across a range of sectors, including insurance, disability services, education, real estate, aged care and government organisations.

We require a Repair (Work in Progress) Coordinator based in our Balcatta Office.

About the Role

This role is required to work in conjunction with the Repair Supervisors to coordinate repairs and maintenance to residential homes.

· Establish and maintain relationships with clients, insurers and trade contractors.

· Reviewing scope of works and costing prior to purchase ordering jobs to contractors.

· Monitor trade workload, performance and availability - allocate repairs accordingly.

· Action repair issues, note major issues with Manager and provide feedback to trades.

· Schedules job repairs and update insurance companies and property managers as required.

· Sending and pursuing variation approvals.

· Check Supplier Invoices.

· Closing and invoicing jobs.

· Arrange make safes as required.

· Make accurate notes on our company workflow system to ensure that staff are aware of stage of claim and updating our supplier systems.

We Require from You:

· Trade background would be an advantage

· A broad knowledge of domestic building construction principles and pricing.

· Competency in Microsoft systems and iOS applications, such as Outlook.

· Outstanding communication and customer service skills

• Trade Qualification (Preferred)
