Operating within the ICT Business Systems & Projects team the Business Systems Analyst – HR participates in organisation-wide change management projects. In consultation with Human Resources, you will analyse business needs relating to HR information systems providing business application support, creating logical and innovative solutions to complex problems.

What do I need for the role?
  • Experience in back-end configuration of HR Business Systems is desirable (preferably Tech One)
  • Hold relevant degree qualification in Human Resources or Information Management/Systems, or a related field.
  • Commitment to developing innovative solutions.
  • Team orientated with ability to work independently.
  • Thorough knowledge of HR processes
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical/ problem solving skills.
