JOB DESCRIPTION

BJ Care Services provides home care services to support the independence of people living with a disability from various cultural backgrounds.

We have a position open for an Administration Assistant to join our team.

Role:

You will be responsible for all-round administration duties as part of the Administration team.

In this role, you will:

  • Attend to incoming/outgoing phone calls and emails
  • General administrative tasks including data entry
  • Schedule and coordinate day-to-day shifts and arrange ad-hoc/emergency shifts as they arise
  • Liaise with case managers, field staff and clients to provide the utmost support and ensure the provision of smooth and high-quality services
  • Coordinate services to meet the needs of our clients and maximise staff efficiency, as well as in line with appropriate award conditions and OH&S provisions

Requirements:

  • Experience in an administration role
  • 2 year + experience in a rostering/scheduling role will be highly regarded
  • National Police Check (within 3 months)
  • Experience in the aged care/disability /community services sector highly desirable
