The Opportunity
We are looking for an enthusiastic recruitment consultant to become an integral member of a team of dedicated, candidate-focused individuals. In this role, you will work to continually increase the nurse, midwife and clinical support staff database in order to fulfil client needs. More specifically, this will involve the attraction, recruitment and compliant registration of suitable candidates via a diverse range of initiatives.
Key responsibilities
Continually identify new business and recruitment opportunities.
Adopt successful candidate recruitment initiatives and practices to match client needs.
Regularly engage with the HCA nurse workforce to support retention and obtain new referrals.
To induct and integrate new nurses into the workforce.
Proactively network to build market and brand awareness.
About You
Self-motivated, with a positive, proactive, flexible approach
Strong communication skills- written and verbal
Exception organisational skills, time management and relationship management skills
Demonstrated team and results orientation
Intermediate PC literacy
Accuracy and attention to detail
Previous recruitment experience, ideally gained from a nursing, or healthcare related environment will be highly regarded, as would a proven track record in relationship management experience gained from within a sales/commercial environment.
