Flexi Staff are currently seeking an experienced Aged Care Co-Ordinator to provide all aspects of leadership and Operational Co-ordination for the delivery and services in the Margret River and Augusta area.

Essential Criteria:

• Certificate IV in Community Services (service co-ordination) Or a related field
• Current First Aid Certificate
• Knowledge and/or experience of the Home and Community Care program, Disability Services NDIS program and the Home Care packages program
• Knowledge of Aged care legislation and Standards and OS&H
• Knowledge and understanding of the Community Care Principles
• Understanding of documentation required to meet aged care legislation and industry standards
• Reliable vehicle, with full comprehensive insurance
• Excellent communication skills and presentation
• Influenza Vaccination
• Current Police clearance

Desirable Criteria:

• Knowledge of service management system Software or similar data base program
• Experience in Database Entry and Scheduling Services
• Must provide proof of working rights
• Knowledge of generic services in the area
