The Home Care service programs deliver in-home tailored help enabling our aged customers to live independently, within their own homes and stay active in their local communities.


Due to continued growth we are seeking a Relief Allocations Coordinators to join our Home Care Services team based out of Penrith, Western Sydney Branch on a Permanent Full Time basis.

As the Relief Allocations Coordinator you will be responsible for creating an effective scheduling and rostering service to align Care Worker rosters efficiently to meet customer requirements. In addition you will be required to work across multiple teams to cover leave periods including appropriate coverage for administration roles.

A day in the life of the Allocations Coordinator will include:

  • Assisting with branch administrational support.
  • Forecasting workforce planning requirements, including roster changes, leave and absence planning and new employee on-boarding to ensure effective coverage of all shifts, client needs and service delivery targets.
  • Assisting with phone-based inquiries via triage of service support where required.
  • Maintaining accurate and up to date client and employee records.
  • Use of rostering or scheduling systems.


As the Allocations Coordinator you will have strong administrative, organisation and problem-solving skills:

  • Administration experience with exposure to rostering / scheduling staff in a high volume and fast paced work environment.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in using online rostering technology/systems advantageous.
  • Strong customer focus experienced in complex client needs.
  • Experience in Aged Care or knowledge of Home Care Packages advantageous but not essential.
