About the team and the role:

Regis Staffing Services is a centralised team that manages all rosters for Regis residential homes including the replacement of staff due to illness, annual or other forms of leave.

On behalf of each home the team draws up fortnightly rosters in advance, ensuring staff availability matches the roster, as well as offering a one stop shop for all roster, leave and additional work request enquiries.

This position makes a key contribution to our residents by ensuring appropriate staffing levels in our aged care facilities.

We are currently looking for two Staffing Services Team Allocators to work at our Regis Head Office in Armadale.

The positions are being offered on a casual, on-going basis, with the flexibility to work between the hours of 5.00am- 1.30am across the week, including the weekend.

As the Staffing Services Team Allocator you will be responsible for supporting the Regis homes to fill their rosters and manage unplanned leave – such as sick leave - on a national basis.

The Staffing Services Team is a fast paced environment where your multitasking skills will be highly valuable.

Your role will include, but not be limited to:

  • Maintaining current information about the management, locations and staff requirements with each Regis home
  • Managing unplanned leave replacement to ensure adequate staff coverage
  • Recording and documenting unplanned leave calls in our time and attendance record system
  • Booking agency staff where approved
  • Completing outbound calls to key stakeholder within the organisation
  • Managing bound phone calls from Regis employees for unplanned leave including sick leave.

About you

To be successful in this role, you have:

  • Experience in a similar role would be highly desirable.
  • Intermediate computer skills Encouraging and using feedback to improve service delivery
  • Ability to follow process, especially related to logging, tracking and reporting details.
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Ability to manage the allocated tasks, assigned through Salesforce within the required timeframes
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
