We are growing and need a talented Finance Business Partner to support our Aged Care division. To support this, you will work seamlessly in managing critical functions within finance including end of month processes, data integrity, and the delivery of financial information. The Role…

Reporting to the Financial Performance Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Partnering with the business to provide financial advice.
  • Providing strategic and operational collaboration commercial and financial support and coaching across Aged Care.
  • Proactively providing Operations with the value-adding improvements and observations to increase revenue or reduce cost.
  • Performing financial modelling for Operations to assist with future business performance.
  • Assisting the Executive Directors for Operations on any acquisitions, disposals or consolidations as required.
  • Attending meetings with senior Operations staff and interpret financial data and provide action items.
  • Working with Operations to improve financial literacy to assist the business in operating in a sustainable manner.
  • Monitoring and maintaining compliance with internal controls in-line with statutory requirements.

About You…

To be successful in the role you will ideally have experience in Aged Care, or Not for Profit sectors and CA/CPA qualified or studying towards these qualifications. You will have demonstrated experience working in a similar role within a multi-faceted organisation with diverse operations and programs.

You will be an analytical thinker with natural problem-solving ability and strong attention to detail. You will need the ability to explain financial budgetary frameworks to front line managers, so strong interpersonal and communications skills are a must. Exposure to TechnologyOne will be advantageous, along with intermediate Microsoft skills.
