LSA Professional Services works across the community health sector in partnership with providers of services to the community, we currently have a number of opportunities for experienced Community Registered Nurses to join our care team, you will have the flexibility of working hours, locations, long or short-term contracts.

As a proven Community Nurse, you will provide person-centred care to your clients in the community, visiting and caring for clients while also providing support to their loved ones, ensuring a safe environment within their home and applying your clinical skills to improve client’s quality of life and independence. Your exposure to various clients would range from aged, disabled and mental health. 

Responsibilities:

• Deliver primary community health nursing services to all ages within the community
• Assess, plan and implement client care within your scope
• Consider physical, social and psychological requirements
• Create and update care plans to reflect developing needs
• Ensure clinical quality compliance standards are met
• Work collaboratively with other multi-disciplinary team members

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor of Nursing
• AHPRA Registered Nurse registration
• Current First Aid Certificate and CPR
• Previous aged care/disability experience
• Accreditation knowledge & experience
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Current drivers licence & access to own vehicle
