An immediate requirement has emerged for a savvy and energetic Sales Associate to join the sales team at our Kingfisher Grove and Nelsons Grove retirement living projects.

Kingfisher Grove has just completed building 51 luxuriously appointed 2-bedroom retirement villas and will commence building stage 3 comprising of 36 apartments and residents club facilities in July 2021. The villas are 65% sold through with marketing of the apartments to commence soon. The village is located in the heart of Jordan Springs being only 7kms from the CBD of Penrith.

Nelsons Grove; Nelsons Grove is an established village located at Pemulwuy and is currently selling out the final stages of our brand new 2-bedroom apartments and preloved resale properties. The village comprises of 98 apartments and 27 villas conveniently located next door to Pemulwuys Marketplace.

About the Role

You will support the Sales Manager by meeting and greeting customers and talking them through an overview of the new development and resale properties. You will update details in the CRM database (Salesforce) and make follow up calls to assist the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets.

You are highly customer service oriented and exceptional in communication with high level of empathy. You are a team player and have previous experience in a customer service environment. Experienced in a residential project sales support role, hospitality or retail who has an ability to take initiative and highly motivated.

Your Duties include:

  • Ensure all sales collateral is up to date and sales packs are created for tours.
  • Assist the Sales Manager with Contract Management and administration.
  • Assist Sales Manager with Competitor Analysis and Community Connect initiatives.
  • Coordination of photographer for sales flyer and website listing.
  • Input into Sales strategies and tactical initiatives to promote the value proposition of the resorts and individual product for sale.
  • Management of the ‘Welcome Experience’ including welcome gift, paint/patch, cleaning and presentation of apartments for settlement.
  • Use of CRM systems (Salesforce) to assist with inputting customer, resident, stakeholder and campaign information.
  • Develop strong and positive relationships with community and stakeholder groups and manage communications and events as appropriate.
  • Assist the Sales Manager with customer management, including customer and vendor communications, sales appointments and tours.

Additional requirements are:

  • A valid Real Estate Certificate of Registration (Assistant Agent) is desirable but not essential to secure this opportunity.
  • You will be required to apply for a licence on commencement.
  • Retirement living or aged care experience will be viewed as highly beneficial.
  • For this opportunity, you will be required to own a car and have a valid driver’s license
  • The candidate will need to be able to work at both (onsite) locations weekly and as required.

The successful candidate will be required to complete a police check.
