An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a highly talented and experienced Foreman who is seeking a long career with one of Australia’s leading builders.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the highly effective supervision of a major building project in Western Sydney. Built have secured numerous projects in the large-scale commercial sector as well as other exciting developments.
This role will also be responsible for quality, HSE, staff management, subcontractor/supplier management, industrial relations, and all site related activities.
You will also have extensive experience negotiating and influencing outcomes, ensuring conflicts are managed appropriately. You are a genuine leader with a positive approach and you will demonstrate strong time management, planning and organisational skills.

The ideal candidate will:
- Possess a relevant trade or degree
- 10+ years experience with major Tier 1 building contractors
- Experience on large-scale commercial projects
- Strong people management skills
- Advanced Computer skills with Microsoft packages
- Appropriate OHS qualifications
- Be able to show longevity with past employers and exemplary references
