About The Opportunity
Due to seasonal demand a Customer Service Administration role is now available. You will provide support to the Customer Service team through ensuring orders are processed in a timely manner to meet hospital demands.
Duties
- Manage full process of all credits, returns & rebates
- Process orders on Acumen for customers
- Provide ETA's of medical devices
- Any other ad hoc duties required by the Customer Service team
- High attention to detail
- Advanced system skills including word, excel and processed orders through a ERP system
- Experience in processing high volume orders in a timely manner
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Good communication skills
