About the opportunity

Due to seasonal demand a Customer Service Administration role is now available. You will provide support to the Customer Service team through ensuring orders are processed in a timely manner to meet hospital demands.

Duties

  • Manage full process of all credits, returns & rebates
  • Process orders on Acumen for customers
  • Provide ETA's of medical devices
  • Any other ad hoc duties required by the Customer Service team

Skills and Experience

  • High attention to detail
  • Advanced system skills including word, excel and processed orders through a ERP system
  • Experience in processing high volume orders in a timely manner
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Good communication skills
