Top tier, leading aged care provider requires a Clinical Care Manager to lead a long standing team in a 62 bed home. This modern facility in a heritage style building is located in the wonderful Northern Tablelands.

As the Clinical care manager you will responsible for the clinical aspects of running the facility & have the ability to lead a team.

About you

• Proactive & use initiative and experience to complete tasks
• Possess strong democratic leadership and management skills
• Advanced Clinical knowledge
• Advanced knowledge on government policies and procedures & ability to ensure full compliance to aged care standards
• Compassionate person-centred care
• Have full respect and a genuine interest in the personality of each resident
• Ability to lead a large clinical team
• Contribute to a safe working environment
• Excellent time management and organisational skills

Essential Criteria

• AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum 3 years similar experience in a similar role & similar size facility
• Full Australian working rights
• Permanent resident or Citizen
• Passionate about helping people.
