Gippsland Southern Health Service seeks applications from suitably qualified, Registered or Enrolled Nurses to coordinate ACFI (Aged Care Funding Instrument) across the three Residential Aged Care facilities - Koorooman House, Alchera House and Hillside Lodge.
The ACFI Coordinator, in collaboration with the Nurse Unit Managers, provides direction to staff regarding documentation and standards in order to achieve key strategic care and financial objectives. This role is pivotal in ensuring quality resident care and promoting collaborative relationships with the health care team.
To be considered for this role, you must hold AHPRA registration as a Registered or Enrolled Nurse with a strong working knowledge of ACFI, along with extensive demonstrated experience in clinical practice within a residential aged care setting. You must possess advanced assessment, care planning, care delivery and evaluation skills.
Staff have access to supportive staff mentoring, education and development programs. Salary Packaging is available for all staff. The successful applicant will be required to provide a current satisfactory police check.
