Site Foreman

* 6-8 weeks duration minimum
* Competitive and negotiable rates depending on experience

I am working with reputable builder that specialise in the construction and refurbishment sectors for Age Care, Commercial and Residential sectors.

They are looking for a Site Foreman to start immediately to help close out an Age Care project in the Central Coast Area. The value of the project is Roughly 2 Million dollars and the successful candidate will be working mainly on internal works.

Main Duties

- Assisting the Site Manager with all aspects of the project
- Overseeing defects and finishes
- Overseeing Health and Safety
- Overseeing sub-contractor activities on site
- Monitoring program
- Updating and reporting to Site Manager

Experience

- Must have experience in live environments
- Must have experience in the Retirement or Commercial sector

There is an opportunity for ongoing work depending on performance.
