We are currently seeking innovative and enthusiastic Therapy Assistants to support our WA homes with highly developed interpersonal skills and a commitment to excellence. In this role, you will assist the Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists by undertaking a variety of both group and individual interventions as per our consumers individualised care plans. These are permanent part-time positions with a requirement to be available for afternoon shifts,


To be successful in this position you will possess the following:

  • Certificate III or IV in Allied Health desirable
  • Experience working within the Aged Care Setting
  • Ability to work as a team player with strong communication skills
  • Compassionate, dedicated and caring nature with the ability to build strong rapport with care recipients
  • Computer skills
  • Competent documentation skills
  • Up to date Influenza Vaccination, or willingness to vaccinate
  • Current National Police Certificate or willing to obtain
  • Flexible working attitude with willingness to work as required across 7 days/week
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Aged Care Act (1997)
  • Full work rights in Australia
