Essential Criteria:

· Certificate III in Community Service, Aged Care, Home Care or Individual Support and/or equivalent or greater

• Valid Driver’s License and your own vehicle with fully comprehensive insurance (required for transport shifts)
• Current and valid First Aid and CPR certificate (HLTAID003)
• Cleared National Criminal History Check.
• Working with Children’s Check

· Experience working in Aged Care or Home Care or Disability sectors (preferable but not essential)

• Demonstrated capacity to engage people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proof of eligibility to work in Australia is required.

· Bicultural background and fluency in a language other than English (preferable but not essential)
