Full-Time Coordinator – Community Care RosteringCo.As.It. is seeking a full-time Coordinator – Community Care Rostering for immediate start. The role of the Coordinator – Community Care Rostering is to manage the scheduling of services of our consumers. Key responsibilities include administrative responsibilities as well as supervision of Community Care Workers.Essential skills, knowledge and experience required: Degree in social work, social welfare, nursing or significant experience in a similar role in a community or aged care setting;Knowledge of the common physical, psychological and social issues affecting frail older people and people living with dementiaDemonstrated ability to conduct programs for older people and people from CALD backgrounds;Demonstrated staff supervision skills;Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills;Fluency in English and Italian (desirable).
