We are looking for a Senior Clinical Manager (Registered Nurse) to oversee the clinical services within this lovely, large-scale aged care residence located in the Pottsville region of New South Wales' Far North Coast. Reporting up to an on-site Facility Manager, you will work within a small team of Clinical Leaders to ensure an excellent standard of clinical care is being delivered to their loyal residents. This is a permanent full-time Monday to Friday opportunity with a degree of flexibility in start & finish times. On offer is a very generous salary, up to $110,000 + super & additional benefits. THE ROLE:
The purpose of the Senior Clinical Manager position is to support the Facility Manager with responsibilities including but not limited to resident care, staff management, accreditation, ACFI funding and continuous quality improvement.

THE REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse Division 1
• Previous Clinical Care Management experience in aged care
• Demonstrated clinical care & staff leadership skills
• Valid Police Check
• Valid Driver's Licence
