James Thomas Court
Permanent Part Time
70 Hours per fortnight

Ballarat Health Services is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Residential Service Assistant who is interested in supporting care of older persons. Working within a multidisciplinary team you will be expected to facilitate and foster best practice service delivery to clients and their families.

James Thomas Court is one of the oldest aged care facilities within Ballarat Health Services. It supports 34 residents and 15 transitional care program clients. With a staffing model of Personal Carer Assistants, Enrolled nursing and Registered Nursing workforce. James Thomas Court prides itself on creating a homely environment, where residents feel safe and are encourage to maintain their independence.

Successful applicants will possess a high degree of flexibility, initiative, have an eye for detail a willingness to learn, and a desire to be an integral part of the team. Applicants must possess a current Food Handling Certificate (HLTFSE001 – Follow Basic Food Safety Practices)

Suitable applicants must also demonstrate competence in the following behaviours:
