We are currently seeking a General Manager to lead our team, we are seeking an experienced person who enjoys leading by example and is passionate about quality care. Your role as a General Manager in Allity is to lead and inspire people to deliver great care in our homes in a commercially sustainable and person-centred way that delivers in making every day the best it can be and Allity the Aged Care of Choice.
As a General Manager at Allity you strive to maintain and enhance resident’s health and well-being, capabilities, independence, choice, privacy, dignity and safety. You inspire the clinical and care teams, you are an ambassador of respect, integrity, innovation, passion, teamwork and accountability.
We are seeking a talented, customer focused, well organised General Manager to manage all aspects of the day to day running of this aged care Home. This is a really exciting opportunity for a highly professional Aged Care Manager to take on a key leadership role.
Located in Marrickville, the multi-cultural hub of Sydney’s inner-west, Willandra Aged Care has built an enviable reputation for excellence in care, where multilingual staff are on hand to assist with the needs of non-English speaking residents.
Your responsibilities and outcomes in this role will be:
- Build a customer centric home that delivers exceptional person-centred care
- Deliver commercially superior and sustainable results that deliver on our operational and financial objectives
- Demonstrate inspirational people leadership and shape a positive and engaging culture
- Establish and leverage collaborative network relationships, working in partnership to deliver successful outcomes
To be successful in this role the following is sought
- AHPRA Registered Nurse with significant aged care management experience
- Strong people management skills
- High degree of business acumen
- Excellent customer service
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead teams
- Good computer literacy
- Familiar with ACFI requirements
- Sales and marketing experience
