We an exciting opportunity in our team for an experienced aged care RN to oversee the clinical leadership of the Home in a Full Time, permanent Care Manager role.
Located in Marrickville, the multi-cultural hub of Sydney’s inner-west, Willandra Aged Care has built an enviable reputation for excellence in care, where multilingual staff are on hand to assist with the needs of non-English speaking residents.
The home provides all levels of permanent and respite care in an environment that encourages independence and lifestyle choices to suit each individual's needs and preferences. A secure place for residents living with dementia, the experienced staff are dedicated to creating an environment where they can enjoy their interests and have access to support and care appropriate to their specific lifestyle needs.

The successful applicant must have:
- Current Division 1 Nursing Registration with AHPRA
- Experience in aged care clinical management
- Strong leadership capability
- ACFI experience desirable
- A passion for aged care – flexible and empathetic
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of accreditation standards
- Excellent clinical skills
- Good organisational skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to work well as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Right to work in Australia
