On behalf of our client, Sheeth Pty Ltd, we are seeking to recruit a construction project manager.
The location of your employment will be based in Sheeth’s Marrickville office in Sydney.
Sheeth Pty Ltd is seeking a highly skilled construction project manager to undertake highly specialised short-term, non-ongoing work, on a range of time-sensitive critical construction projects.
The successful candidate will be working on non-ongoing projects in the critical construction sector that will have an enormous impact on the company’s growth and profitability.
Sheeth are a rapidly growing construction company, seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join their team, who are industry leaders in residential, interior and aged-care construction.
The successful candidate will be planning, organising and coordinating a range of construction projects, organising and implementing coordinated work programs.
Essential Duties include:
- Consulting blueprints, designs and client instructions to develop construction plans for the teams.
- Manage construction sites, ensuring workers adhere to construction plans and safety codes.
- Work with key stakeholders (e.g. owners, developers, contractors) to ensure project completion within budget and deadlines.
- Manage procurement, tendering and bidding processes.
- Liaise with local authorities to submit plans and arrange inspections.

- Ensure that the procedures, rules, regulations and laws governing project management are well adhered to.
- Ensuring the flow of Project & Administration information from operations to the installation teams regarding the project.
- Lead and manager a diverse range of teams to deliver consistent and favourable project outcomes.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Extensive experience in the construction industry is required.
- Highly specialised skillset as a construction project manager developed through extensive prior experience.
- Ability to setout, survey and profile to a high degree of accuracy is mandatory.
- Ability to work independently as required.
- Excellent Mathematics and Microsoft suite skills are required.
- Relevant educational qualifications required, such as a diploma in project management, or at least five years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of structural engineering practices and the ability to read and interpret construction drawings.

Salary: Between $80,000 and $90,000 on an annualised basis.
