We are seeking an experienced Program Assistant to deliver the full range of client centered services to provide an engaging, healthy and safe environment for our clients at the Rivendell House Community Centre located in Pakenham. This includes quality, flexible centre based and community-based day activities for people who are frail, aged or have a disability. This role will also provide support across other Community programs from time to time.
To be successful in this role you will have:
Highly developed communication skills working with a broad range of clients.
Creative, innovative approach to program delivery.
Current First Aid (Level 2) Certificate.
Experience in working with people with disabilities and/or frail-aged people in planned activities or lifestyle and leisure.
Basic computer skills.
A current full Victorian driver licence and a safe driving record.
Ability and confidence to drive a 12-seater bus.
