An opportunity exists within Aveo Group for a pro-active and energetic Sales Administrator to join our team in a full time 6 month contract role based in our Brisbane office in Newstead, QLD.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Sales Administration Manager the position is working within our exits team, and you will be responsible for support with the documentation and processing of new listings and transactions for Aveo and their customers.

You will be comfortable interpreting and advising on state based legislation to support our sales team to provide accurate and timely advice. Duties may include:

• Assist in the contractual administration of listing properties for sale;
• Assists with the process of mandatory, discretionary and redevelopment buybacks;
• Prepare Refurbishment and Termination Deeds as required;
• Prepare Transfer calculations for all villages with regard to contractual / legislative requirements; and
• Assists with the preparation of weekly and monthly reports
• Database management
• Provide support to Sales Consultants and Aveo's Lawyers.

To be successful in this role you must have:

• Previous experience in sales administration or similar role
• Knowledge and understanding of range or legislation ( e.g. Retirement Villages Act) and compliance;
• Ability to contribute effectively within a team environment;
• Intermediate level of experience with the Microsoft Office suite;
• Ability to reprioritise work in response to unforeseen and fluctuating demands;
• Friendly and reliable; and
• Previous experience in Aged Care/ Retirement/ Property Industry (preferred).
