Provide professional reception and phone services as the “face and voice” of the organisation, which supports the provision of care and lifestyle services to our clients and through this enables client outcomes to be achieved to a high standard.
Ensure high level, quality administrative and support services are provided to the CEO.
Work collaboratively within the team and ensure high level and appropriate communication with others.
Actively support and engage in continuous improvement by contributing ideas which support All Aged Care Values and Compliance Standards.
