This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded not-for-profit organisation based in Western Australia.Tell me moreAs a key member of the Executive Group reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Operations Officer is responsible for the delivery of Brightwater’s strategic and operational plans across residential aged care and disability services. This person provides leadership and direction to these diverse, complex and large businesses, setting KPIs for service delivery and client satisfaction while also ensuring compliance with complex quality standards and legislation. Driving financial sustainability and growth with strong alignment to our Mission, Pursuing the dignity of independence, the Chief Operations Officer is responsible for transforming service provision, financial accountability and empowering our operational leaders and their teams to optimise the client experience and to work collaboratively with other parts of the Brightwater team.
