Five weeks annual leave with the ability to purchase more Salary packaging benefits that greatly increase take-home pay Safe and supportive team environment Churches of Christ in Queensland, Residential Aged Care, Kenmore Campus Permanent Full time Imagine a job where everything you did made a difference About the role In this newly created role, you report directly to the ACFI Manager and whilst based out of the Kenmore Campus, you are supporting our 30 Residential Aged Care Services across Queensland and Melbourne and be required to travel to them regularly. The work culture in our services does vary and is reflective of the geographical location, you'll need to be able to adapt your approach accordingly. You will be delivering a coordinated approach across all services for ACFI submissions, providing complex support guidance and leadership to maximise ACFI claims and secure the funding required to provide the best care and support for our residents. Your role, will also involve mentoring, training and upskilling the staff at the services to ensure that all ACFI processes are followed and a sound level of knowledge is applied. This is a great opportunity for an outcomes driven ACFI professional eager to be on the ground, engaging with services, and making a difference. A fully maintained company car will be provided and available for personal use, with a co-contribution payment. About you Whilst we prefer that you are a Registered Nurse, this is not essential. Your previous experience in a similar ACFI role within a multi-site organisation, is the most important requirement. You are a self-starter who is able to work autonomously and self-prioritise. The role will require you to positively influence practices and outcomes, so you should thrive on accountability. You are passionate about achieving the best outcomes for our residents and want to share your knowledge with the service teams. You will have: Advanced contemporary knowledge of the ACFI legislation in Residential Aged Care. Strong skills in analysing clinical and ACFI data to inform priorities Track recording of ACFI coaching and monitoring Knowledge and understanding of relevant Aged Care legislation, industry standards, codes, ethics and competency standards.
