ABOUT THE ROLE 
Our Enrolled Nurses are confident leaders that support and mentor the care team to provide outstanding care for our residents. To be considered for this role you will need to be available for all shifts in one of the below roster, based at our Residential Care site in Coolbellup;

Monday 2145 - 0715
Saturday 2145 - 0715
Sunday 2145 - 0715

What you'll do;

  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of residents through appropriate assessments
  • Contribute in the allocation of workload for care staff
  • Support residents with care requirements in line with scope of practice
  • Monitor and assist in administering medications
  • Provide oversight and leadership to care staff
  • Supervise and mentor care staff on shifts and provide support
  • Complete ACFI documentation, assessments, care plan reviews, evaluations & Riskman reporting

ABOUT YOU

You are passionate about quality of care, ensuring that you collaborate with members of the multidisciplinary healthcare team. You will contribute to a strong professional team approach through open communication and a positive supportive environment. Ideally we are looking for candidates with 12 months experience as an Enrolled Nurse in a Hospital or Aged care setting that have had some exposure to working nightshifts.

Essential Criteria

  • Current registration with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
  • Previous experience in an Aged Care (advantageous) 
  • Flu vaccination 2020 certificate 
  • Valid Police Clearance less than 6 months' old or ability to obtain one
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
