An experienced Clinical Care Manager is required to lead from the front for a well-respected and established aged care facility located in the Murrumbidgee Region.

About the role:

• Ensure the clinical delivery of quality for all residents
• Overseeing and understanding the coordination of ACFI
• Managing a team of Registered Nurses and care staff
• Reporting to the Facility Manager on a daily basis
• Training and motivating the clinical team

What you will need:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications as a Registered Nurse
• Current AHPRA Registration
• Previous experience working within a clinical capacity as a Care Manager
• Clean and concise communication skills
