We currently have an opportunity for a suitably qualified and experienced administrative assistant to join our busy and innovative Non-Invasive Cardiac Investigation service. This position if for a Full Time CRM/ECG Office Administrative Assistant

About the Role

MonashHeart is looking for an administrative assistant with previous healthcare experience. This role involves the organisation and completion of day to day administrative tasks to expedite the diagnosis of heart problems, assessment of treatment and determination of cardiac status for MonashHeart patients by our physiologists and medial team.

Ideal candidates should have:

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills including ability to communicate effectively in person and via telephone or other media
  • Practice management capability
  • Experience in coordinating episodes of care for inpatient and outpatient referrals
  • Collation of patient test data, liaison with treating units and physicians and to provide follow-up appointments
  • Commitment to patient confidentiality ensuring only appropriate information is forwarded to authorised recipients.
