Are you a RN with a true passion for aged care? A great opportunity to work with a leading aged care provider.
Reporting to the Management team we are seeking an experienced registered nurse to work within this highly skilled team. You will be a true advocate for all the residents in your care and love to collaborate with the wider staff team.
Desired:
- Demonstrated experience within aged care.
- A strong understanding of the new aged care standards and implications
- Solid ACFI knowledge
- Be able to provide exceptional resident centred care
- Work well within a team
Essential:
- Registered Nurse with APHRA
- At least 1 year + experience working in Aged Care
- Australian Work rights
- Current Police check
