We are seeking a HCP Pro! Working with a progressive and supportive national organisation, with offices in Bundoora and Sunshine to utilise, also the opportunity to partially work from home. Clients are Level 3-4 packages, so you'll need the experience of working with complex, high needs clients, living independently in the community. Full IT set-up and tech support available, and the opportunity to work in a professional, multi-disciplinary team, who is supportive and puts client care at the forefront. Initally a 6-8 week role, with the potenital to extend beyonfd this period.

To join the McArthur team, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Relevant experience in case management of clients on home care packages
  • Tertiary / Diploma Qualifications in Nursing, Allied Health or Social Science.
  • Able to commit to 3-5 days per week (Mon - Fri)
  • Strong knowledge of CDC and HCP legislation
  • Experience working with a care management software package
