JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Provide general maintenance assistance for aged clients in their homes
  • 3 - 4 days per week Monday to Friday hours 8am - 4pm
  • Applicants MUST meet the key selection criteria to be considered


We are seeking experienced property and gardening maintenance officers to assist elderly, frail clients who wish to remain living independently in their homes. Work located in the South Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne. You will be attending to the homes of vulnerable Aged clients and assisting with some light home maintenance and gardening requirements.

Some Of The Tasks Include
  • Light plumbing (kitchen, Bathroom)
  • Changing light globes, smoke detector batteries
  • Gardening and outdoor maintenance
  • Window and gutter cleans
  • Installing wheelchair ramps and hand rails etc.


You will need to be able to provide a vehicle that can carry a ladder and general maintenance equipment. We are seeking staff who are able to commence ASAP.

To be successful in securing this role you must meet the following Key Selection Criteria;
  • Reliable vehicle, Victorian Drivers Licence and Comprehensive Insurance

  • Vehicle or van that can carry tools & equipment provided by our client
  • Employee Police check dated within last 12 months
  • Demonstrated experience and Referees to substantiate you experience

  • Employee Working with Children's Check

  • First Aid & CPR Certificates
