Site Administrator – Retirement Living
  • Varied role utilising your strong administrative and organisation skills

This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the Site Manager, whilst also being the front of office go to person for the village residence.

Our client specialises in the provision of Retirement Living, healthcare services and Community Care. They are a leading not-for-profit, working with families and their loved ones during what can be a vulnerable time in their life journey.

About the role

This is a role that you can genuinely make your own, offering variety and flexibility. You will work in a Community based Industry that is meaningful and rewarding. Whilst this is a temporary role to start with, for the right candidate there is a strong possibility of a permanent position on offer.
Reporting to the Village Manager, your responsibilities will include - 

  • Reception / Front of House Management
  • Meeting and Greeting Residence and Guests
  • Taking and managing enquiries and/or escalating to the appropriate department or Manager
  • General administration
  • Managing repairs and maintenance requests and coordinating trades as required
  • Processing supplier invoices and Purchase order requests
  • Taking bookings for events
  • Develop SOP’s and make recommendations for process improvement
  • Participate in training and development
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the Village Manager as required
About you
  • You have strong administrative and organisation skills
  • Prior experience working in Corporate, Aged Care, Health or Real Estate would bring strong transferrable skills, otherwise Industry experience is not essential
  • Intermediate MS Office skills
  • You are highly organised and able to juggle multiple demands
  • Excellent customer service and previous experience in client facing roles
  • You have a bright and bubbly personality, and you are empathetic in your nature
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
