We are currently seeking Catering Assistants who strive to provide exceptional service and support across a variety of aged care settings.

** As of the 1st May 2020, all Aged Care and Healthcare employees must have had the Flu Vaccination. Only applicants with this criteria will be contacted**

Are you a Pinnacle Person? Then you will have the following…

• Prior experience in Aged Care Facilities or Healthcare settings will be highly regarded
• Mandatory prerequisite to have a recent Flu Vaccination and able to provide evidence of this
• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of HACCP
• The ability to work within the guidelines of an approved Food Safety Plan
• Understanding of dietary requirements
• Experience in front & back of house operations
• Previous placement in a variety of kitchens across short order meals, banquet food preparation and sandwich making (coffee and cashiering skills are preferable)
• A high-level of personal presentation & communication skills
• Attention to detail with a commitment the highest level of service
• The ability to prioritise and manage tasks
• A current Food Hygiene and Handling Certificate
• Police Check or willing to obtain one
• Have the following uniform or willing to obtain: Black tailored trousers, plain black t-shirt, skull cap and black apron, black enclosed leather look shoes (suitable for the kitchen)
