The role

Say yes to new adventures!! As a Clinical ACFI Expert, you will be travelling across multiple organisations in NSW, you will receive attractive rewards, travel allowances and frequent flyer benefits while also being supported with lots of coaching and mentoring which will ensure your growth and development within the role. You will be assessing & reviewing organisations ACFI processes, to help provide solutions to make sure maximisation of funding is achieved to reflect their resident's care needs.

You will be travelling likely by air, flying out on Monday and back on Friday, unless you are close to the facility you are visiting that week, then driving will be required.

Summary of Duties

  • Ensure maximisation of ACFI funding to reflect resident care needs at each facility
  • Providing simple yet remarkable solutions to the complex areas of the ACFI process
  • Building relationships with clients, understanding the challenges they face in the ever-changing landscape of aged care.
  • Training & development of clinical team members at each facility
  • Ensuring accreditation, compliance & quality indicators are met

Skills and Experience

  • AHPRA Registered Nurse registration
  • RN experience (1+ Years)
  • Experience with end to end ACFI process (6 + months)
  • Up to date accreditation knowledge & experience
  • Ability to identify, review & maximise ACFI claims
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to travel to services across NSW
