We offer a broad range of services, including residential care facilities, transition care programs, retirement living villages, home care, day care, respite, and dementia specific services.

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our high performing Finance team. Based in Subiaco and reporting to the Business Improvement Manager. The successful candidate will be highly analytical & possess exceptional problem-solving skills while maintaining a continuous improvement approach.

The Business Systems Analyst – Finance plays an active role in maintaining Amana Living’s Philosophy of Care and in living the 3Rs culture.

About the role

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Provide strategic direction in relation to finance system to ensure long term stability
  • BAU support for the suite of financial software, including in-house custom software
  • Identification, implementation and management of key technology improvements and projects to the point of sustainability
  • Ensuring high levels of customer service, communication and transparency through issues reporting, with clear agreed timeframes for issue resolution
  • Stakeholder engagement as a critical success factor, which includes all facets of the business
  • Takes the opportunity to identify data integrity issues and resolve as part of project outcomes
  • Supports the BI Team with the continuous implementation of data governance strategies, ensuring data integrity as a key success factor for all projects
  • Ensures change management strategies are in place for all projects including communication, training where appropriate; works closely with managers to ensure staff understand and can adapt to change
  • Collaborates with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure all business requirements are being met and oversee the BAU support for the suite of financial software used, including ARM, Epicor SLS, budgeting systems and expense management systems

Who we are looking for

The successful candidate will demonstrate highly developed interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills (written and verbal) that build and develop successful working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. An experienced and motivated Business Systems Analyst with ability to influence, communicate and engage your team to achieve positive outcomes for the business.


  • 3– 5 years’ proven experience in delivering technology enabled projects in a finance or related setting
  • A working knowledge of Epicor Software is essential
  • Demonstrated understanding of how to enable technology to deliver business value and optimise efficiencies
  • Possess a National Police Clearance Certificate (no older than 6 months) or be willing to obtain one
  • A current Flu Vaccination – or willing to obtain one
