Our vision for our residents is to live life to the full

Our 75-bed facility aged care facility GraniteHill is looking for someone who jumps out of bed and has so much energy that even others cannot keep up. Your passion and knowledge along with your buckets of enthusiasm is irresistible, so much so that residents have booked in advance to be in one of your programs.

Residents here in GraniteHill are encouraged to participate in being part of their community such as being on the menu committee and selecting what they want to eat, going to the gym or participate in fitness classes and we need you to help keep driving that change and breaking down the barriers and constantly challenge the status quo of how Aged Care is viewed.

We want the role that you to take on to be the standard against which other providers measure their success, finding new and innovative ways to support older people should they want to learn new skills, reflect on their life journey, fulfill a lifelong dream, or learn to cope with changing cognitive or physical function.

Tell us about your experiences and how you think you could deliver upon the most amazing individual and group activities. Euroa Health is willing to invest in you because you may not quite have the necessary qualifications, but you do need to have a commitment to formalising your qualifications in the future. You will need to have a current police check, flu vaccination and working with children check to be considered for this role.

If you are keen to get out of the rat race and relish the benefits of working in the countryside, enjoy salary packaging, free car parking and no traffic then you need to call ! Full or part time will be considered.

Please outline in your application

  • Your right to work in Australia
  • A current Police Check (National Police Certificate) for employment?
  • Your experience in working with people with dementia?
  • How many years' experience do you have
  • Do you have a current Working With Children (WWC) Check?
  • If this sounds like you please send your CV and cover letter outlining your experience or call Trish for a chat on 5795 0200.
