About the role & About Aveo Newstead:

• Full-time position available
• Flagship community designed in a modern apartment block
• Well-maintained facilities including virtual golf, salon, library, resident bar, private dining and plenty more!
• Located above Gasworks precinct with various shopping and amenities

You will work closely with the Community Manager to help ensure the smooth running of the community. You will provide administration support, concierge and high quality guest service that is customer centred to our residents.

About you:

• Current Police Check certificate
• Previous industry and similar role experience (highly regarded)
• Experience in Guest Services and Concierge (required)
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritise
• Intermediate to Advanced user of the Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Demonstrated ability to work within OH&S and a continuous improvement environment
