About the Opportunity

Located in West Albury, Riverwood Aged Care is a blend of country comfort with city style. Situated close to the local shopping centres and community services, residents continue to enjoy the convenience of and access to the town’s activities.

We are currently recruiting for experienced Personal Care Workers to join our team on a casual basis. We are actively seeking aspiring or experienced professionals who have demonstrated knowledge & skills providing high quality care to the elderly. 

Successful candidates will have the opportunity to develop their aged care career under the guidance and mentorship of experienced nursing professionals within the aged care industry.

About You

To be successful you must demonstrate the following:

• Certificate III or IV in Aged care
• Experience in Aged Care is desirable 
• Flexibility to work on short notice and availability to work across AM, PM and night shifts
• Ability to think on your feet, form positive relationships, be adaptable.
• Strong communication skills
• Caring attitude and ability to build strong rapport with residents
• Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
• Professional presentation
• Sound computer skills
