• Duties and responsibilities may include:
• Community Access (Transport Assistance, Recreational Activities, Social Support Outings, Shopping Assistance)
• In-Home Social Activities
• Supporting your clients in progressing towards their goals
• Light domestic assistance

Essential (must have)

• National Police Check (less than 3 years old) ( Essential and Focus Home Care can assist the right candidate with obtaining)
• Current First Aid Certificate
• Drivers Licence & own reliable vehicle
• Smartphone with internet access
• Ability to commit to ongoing client schedules and willingness to work flexible hours (mornings and/or nights)
• Ability to work independently in a one-to-one environment

Desirable (not essential but highly regarded)

• Certificate III or higher in Age Care / Individual Support (Desirable but not essential)
• Experience in Personal Care Assistance
