AGED CARE FACILITY MANAGER - FAR NORTH NSW

Join one of Australia's most reputable, award-winning, not-for-profit aged care providers located in an absolutely beautiful location on NSW's Far North Coast. We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated leader for a Facility Manager position within a medium-sized home of 60+ beds.

As the Facility Manager you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the aged care residence and manage quality compliance, a team of staff, accreditation processes and ACFI. You will be supported by an experienced clinical team on site as well as a hands-on senior management team.

ESSENTIAL:
  • Current Registration with AHPRA
  • Experience as an Aged Care Manager
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Drivers License
  • Demonstrated ability managing teams
  • Extensive knowledge regarding ACFI
  • Knowledge of Aged Care legislation and requirements
  • Proven ability with accreditation
