Position Summary
A vacancy exists in the above unit for a highly motivated Clinical Support Officer with appropriate knowledge and skills to join our friendly and supportive team. Our progressive and innovative team offers development opportunities for our staff and a caring environment for the delivery of high quality patient centred care. Some of the key responsibilities for this role are:
Assist managers with tasks relating to recruitment, audits, admission and discharges.
Data entry where required into relevant IT system (for e.g. Kronos, Corepas, web delacy. Riskman, etc.)
Regularly update rosters and pay system (in appropriate electronic systems) in line with any approved changes
Assist the Managers in producing reports on finance and quality parameters/indicators
Assist Managers in the administrative task of Auditing and meeting minute taking where required
Support Xavier 10 South staff with administration duties, which will support them in delivering their patient care .
