About the team

The Service Operations Coordinator (SOC) will work as part of the Client Services team in Australia, providing support to Client Services Managers and Project Managers in the implementation of our software. The Client Services team work to understand client needs in detail, build a solution to meet these needs, and then ensure the solution is working as expected before our Customer Experience team take over. Every single member of our wider team located in Australia, Canada and the USA is committed to building the best product possible to change the home and health care industries. About the role

This role will provide project coordination and assist the team with day-to-day operational activities, which will include:

Managing project resource allocations in consultation with the resource manager and the customer
Planning and scheduling project timelines.
Implementing and managing project changes and interventions.
Tracking project deliverables and reporting progress to stakeholders.
Managing project budgets.
Managing project and partner services invoicing and customer billing
Supporting managers to ensure compliance with departmental processes, project timelines, and reporting requirements
Managing and updating information (ensuring accuracy) in Mavenlink and Hubspot
Assisting managers with staff onboarding and the preparation of internal and external meetings.
Contributing to cross-departmental projects or initiatives and supporting the implementation of operational improvements.

What we are looking for in a Service Operations Coordinator

You might be a recent grad who has completed relevant work experience as part of your studies, or someone who has started their career and is looking for a change. Either way we're looking for someone who is enthusiastic about the company and the industry, and wants to learn and grow.

More specifically you will have:
Relevant tertiary qualifications (business, health and/or technology)
Experience with project management
Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics (knowledge of BI tools like insights, PowerBI, etc.)
Well-developed customer service skills - you have a proactive approach to service orientation.
Advanced Excel skills - you're that person that other people ask about Excel.
Problem solving and analytical skills - every question has an answer & you will either find it or create it.
Amazing time management and organizational skills - you don't even break a sweat working on several things at once.
Excellent attention to detail - nothing gets by you!
Excellent written and verbal communication skills - you can clearly communicate complexity verbally or in writing.
Great interpersonal skills - you proactively build and maintain productive working relationships.
The ability to work autonomously, and as part of a team with diverse groups of people.
The desire to learn and grow. You have high self-expectations and the drive to meet them.

It would also be great if you have:
Project Management certification or advanced training
Experience in using Project tools such as MS Projects, Confluences, Smartsheets, Mavenlink, etc.
BA skills e.g. processing mapping, documenting requirements etc.
